Founded in 1989, and initially specialising in the Private Lines sector, we have since expanded into the Commercial sector culminating in the incorporation of Taylor Cartlidge Insurance Brokers in 2001. This merger enabled us to pool our resources and broaden our target market, giving us the opportunity to offer an even wider range of products and advice.
We are members of Broker Network - an umbrella organisation for insurance brokers. The network controls premium income in excess of £400 million and membership places us on an equal footing with the largest national brokers in terms of securing rating discounts and agreed service levels, whilst our independence and local ownership is retained, ensuring that personal service remains fundamental to the way we do business.
